OUR WHITEWOLF HOUSE RULES

NOT Allowed Clans for PCs: Assamite, Setite (Followers of Set), Baali, Tremere, Gargoyle

Any Player may ask the Storytellers for help with information on costuming, history, culture, game rules, etc

Any Player may pause a scene and ask for an ST presence, if there isn't one
All combat actions, Roleplay, and whining will be held until the requested ST is brought in

Cappadocians are allowed to ONLY use the path of Mortis known as Grave's Decay, from Faith and Fire

The use of Obtenebration lvl 3 Arms of Ahriman is restricted to the numbers of tentacles allowed being equal to the levels of Obtenebration you possess.
Meaning, if you only have Obtenebration at level 3, you may only sprout 3 tentacles.

Ability specializations, taken once an Ability has reached 5 points, cost 3 xp
After the specialization has been bought, the PC may continue to buy the same Ability for a different specialization

ALL Influences cost 3 xp per level of influence
All influences are relatively easily bought up to 3 with experience points. After that, level 4 of any given influence takes a serious amount of time and effort (roleplay), besides the xp expenditure.
5 Dots is the highest anyone can go in any given Influence

There is NO Celerity Bomb. Rapidity is instead treated as an extra Celerity action

In-clan disciplines may be taught to one's self. Out-of-clan disciplines are taught with a shared point of blood from the teacher (NO blood bond is involved, the point of blood is used in the teaching), and time involved teaching the discipline. Level 1 of any out-of-clan discipline is taught in this way, levels 2-4 can be learned on one's own after that, but level 5 of an out-of-clan discipline must be taught, by a PC who has it at level 5

This game does not use Virtues, instead relying on one's Road followings and RP

ALL disciplines go only to Level 5. Elder Disciplines are not allowed.
Combo Disciplines are not allowed.

There are no Lores. The Storyteller knows what your character will know and what they won't, informed through a background story and your personal Roleplay.

There are NO one-shot kills, period. Two-shot deaths, however, are possible.
IF a character is killed, the PC is NOT allowed to make a new character with the same clan as the former character

Character generation concepts/items/etc. come from Faith and Fire. You may be allowed to supplement with The Long Night or Laws of the Night. Please, do NOT bring in a sourcebook for some bloodline and base your entire character concept or road or path on that. No. Use Faith and Fire, PLEASE. It has lots of really good stuff in it, and we are open to creative interpretation, provided you can play it.

IF a character is killed, the PC is NOT allowed to make a new character with the same clan as the former character.

Oh yeah, as a last note. This isn't a democracy, sorry.
